I worked hard to gather all the required documents—everything seemed fine so far. In the end, I waited and waited, but I never received any job offers, or the ones I did receive were for schools too far away, or they were for NVQ teaching assistant positions. Then, as the school year was ending and summer holidays were starting, I put it all aside. Now I'm contacting the agency again since the new school year has started, and they already have all the documents I sent them just 6 months ago. But they're asking me for two references from two previous employers again, even though Axcis already has these references from just 6 months ago\! I don't want to ask my former bosses for this favor again.
