I worked with Sam specifically, she listens very carefully to what you are looking for, what you want to get out from a company and goes the extra mile to ensure that your values align with the prospective companies values. Throughout the process of interviews I felt there was no pressure, you are encouraged and given time to think about what's right for you and are able to talk things through honestly. If you are looking for a role within the construction industry then I recommend reaching out to Aldwych and, if it's specifically a structural role, then ask for Sam. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2025-11-27 > User-generated opinion > I worked with Sam who was able to set me up with an interview with a company that looked really great who aligned with what I was looking for. She takes the time to understand your situation, listens carefully, and gives honest, thoughtful advice. She was always proactive in reaching out with roles that matched my background and kept me encouraged along the way. Even though I didn’t end up getting a role through her \(mainly due to client-specific requirements\), she continued to be helpful and positive throughout the process. Sam genuinely cares about the people she works with and is great at what she does — I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated recruiter. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2025-10-10 > User-generated opinion > I had an excellent experience with Aldwych Consulting, especially with Will Herman.
