Through out the journey she was very professional, engaged, attentive, unbiased and keen to resolve concerns. The icing on the cake is that she helps prep you and keeps you updated on her availability and communicates at each step of the journey, even in times when she herself has not gotten any response, she would still communicate and let me know she was on the case. To any one dealing with her, you are in good hands and care.
