> Hiring great people for your team is one of the hardest things to do, especially when you need candidates with the right sector experience, technical skill and EQ - everyone else wants these people too. Andrew at 1485 is fantastic because he works hard and fast to find the right people and takes all the work of screening and selling the role into good candidates. For many of our roles LinkedIn simply isn't enough - we need someone with a good network to headhunt. Andrew is very tenacious when it comes to finding people and operates quickly in a market where candidates often have several options. He genuinely cares about placing good people and having already worked with him a couple of times I wouldn't hesitate to work with 1485 again.

> Having used several recruiters during my job search \(both good and bad\) 1485 by far offer the best experience from start to finish. Andrew and Paul treated me as an individual, listening to my needs and matching these with the role. They kept me informed at all times, with very open feedback to help me to improve at each stage.
